Hmm is anyone else experiencing problems with the images on this blog loading? I'm trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it's the blog. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I think what you said made a great deal of sense. But, consider this, suppose you added a little information? I am not saying your content is not solid., however what if you added a title to possibly get a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You might look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article titles to grab people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about everything've got to say. In my opinion, it would bring your website a little livelier.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
